I'm Rachel I like to experiment in the kitchen. So I thought I'd write a blog chronicling my kitchen ventures. Food is fun and tasty,so why not write and blog about it?I eat clean it has been a process from my early 20's to my later 20's. Now I find myself on the shores of vegan,yet not in the water. My motto id the less ingredients the better,the more whole the ingredients are the better and forget additives/MSG they will not be added here.
I cook using little to no salt, and hardly any leavening agents,however I fuse lots of flavors and a make some serious sweet tooth desserts.If you like food: vegan,raw,vegetarian,healthy or just delicious check out my blog for recipes.
